2.3 Physical Goods

3. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on our site and exclusive of taxes. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer as indicated during checkout. Fees are due upon purchase or scheduling.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Professional Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service engagement if no deliverable has been provided. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Services may be rescheduled up to 2 business days before the agreed start without additional charge. Custom consultations are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
4.2 Information Products
Digital products are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, access will be revoked and reimbursement will occur within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4.3 Physical Goods
If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days. We will send a replacement or issue a refund covering the merchandise cost. For unopened products in original condition, share requests are accepted within 15 days. Shipping charges for shares are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Any service or product that involves third-party booking fees or special arrangements (such as venue reservations) is marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase. This ensures we cover non-recoverable costs.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws when using our services. Unauthorized use or misrepresentation may lead to termination of access without reimbursement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AptDealFlow is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or product.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our site after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
